Dr. Sukhdeep Singh, DDS, was born and raised in India and is now proud to call Elk Grove, California, home. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa, graduating in 2026.
Dr. Singh was drawn to dentistry because he has always enjoyed working with his hands, especially when it comes to tasks that require patience, precision, and attention to fine detail. Dentistry felt like a natural fit because it allows him to combine his interest in science with hands-on work and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. He enjoys the process of working carefully and thoughtfully to help patients improve and maintain their oral health.
For Dr. Singh, dentistry is about more than treating teeth. He values getting to know his patients, listening to their concerns, and creating an environment where they feel comfortable and heard. He believes that clear communication and patient education are important parts of good dental care, and he strives to make each patient's experience as positive and comfortable as possible.
Growing up in India and later pursuing his dental education in the United States has given Dr. Singh an appreciation for different cultures, perspectives, and experiences. After completing dental school at the University of Iowa, he chose to make Elk Grove his home. He looks forward to becoming part of the local community and building lasting relationships with the patients and families he serves.
Outside of the office, Dr. Singh enjoys staying active by playing basketball and hiking. He also has a passion for food and loves trying dishes from different cultures. His love of food goes hand in hand with his love of travel, and one of his biggest goals is to travel the world and experience different cultures, places, and cuisines. For him, traveling is an opportunity to learn, meet new people, and see the world from different perspectives.
As he begins his career in dentistry, Dr. Singh is excited to continue learning, growing as a clinician, and developing meaningful relationships with his patients. He looks forward to providing thoughtful, personalized care while becoming an active part of the community he now calls home.
